If so, you can purchase a gift certificate for them by contacting us via e-mail at: SG@southernx.ne.jp.   Please be aware that Secret Garden is a salon for Women and Couples only—men must be accompanied by a woman to get a massage.  Therefore, if you are purchasing a Gift Certificate for a man, please ensure you purchase two certificates so that he has one for the female who will be accompanying him (e.g., wife, girlfriend, other female friend).

For clarity, the procedure below is explained in detail -- it is actually quite easy!

To get started, we will need to know three (3) things:

1. Which menu item you want to purchase for them (Please Note: if the intended recipient is pregnant, she must be past her first trimester, and the longest massage we can offer is a 60-minute prenatal massage).
2. How you would like to communicate their surprise to them.   Many people do this via Skype because it is paperless -- just tell them that their massage is already paid for, give them the Gift Certificate serial number(s) we provide, and they can call to schedule an appointment at their convenience.   Alternately, we can e-mail you a serialized Gift Certificate that is ready to print -- you can then e-mail that to them and they can print it out and bring it to their appointment.   Please let us know which method you would prefer, and
3. Their name & phone number, in case we need to reach them.

Upon receipt of this information, we will send you a PayPal Request for Payment -- even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay via PayPal using a credit card.   The PayPal Request for Payment will be in yen, but will convert to dollars at the time you make payment.   Please understand that PayPal’s yen exchange rate fluctuates with the markets, so any dollar amount we provide will be approximate.

Upon receipt of payment, we will e-mail you confirmation and either the Gift Certificate serial number (paperless) or a printable Gift Certificate.   Please understand that we CANNOT send out serial numbers until payment has been received.

Today's long deployments frequently mean you miss birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, and other special days when you would normally give a special gift to your wife, girlfriend, etc.  Well, we have some good news for you!

If you are deployed or otherwise off-island, you can request an appointment for your wife, girlfriend, etc, via e-mail at: SG@southernx.ne.jp.  If we have an acceptable appointment date/time available, we will send you a PayPal request for payment.  As soon as we receive payment, we will confirm the appointment.  Please understand that we CANNOT hold/confirm appointments until payment has been received.
